Upright, a pioneer in impact data solutions, is seeking an accomplished VP of Sales to drive high-growth B2B sales and contribute to its investor business. As a trusted partner of 250+ institutional investment organizations, Upright's impact data is gaining importance across Europe and North America due to regulatory shifts and rising demand for transparency.

The ideal candidate will own the investor segment sales, blending strategic vision with direct execution to drive substantial annual recurring revenue (ARR). They will engage in strategic relationship-building and high-stakes sales efforts with institutional investors globally to achieve these goals.

This role is ideal for a strategic, deal-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, experience in the financial sector, and a passion for sustainable finance. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to build high-trust relationships with C-suite executives.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure includes performance-based compensation, stock options, and a comprehensive healthcare package.
