Key Responsibilities- Job Allocation and Execution: Attend all new jobs allocated by dispatch and team managers, including domestic and commercial perils, and execute restoration services with precision and attention to detail.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your area, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of the market.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company and quality procedures, including Simplicity, Health & Safety, and Quality Procedures, to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Moisture Surveys and Drying Techniques: Conduct moisture surveys and implement drying techniques as required to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Equipment Maintenance and Calibration: Prepare equipment for use and ensure instruments are calibrated to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer and Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with customers, loss adjusters, builders, insurance companies, and policy holders to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless restoration processes.
- Knowledge Sharing and Professional Development: Collaborate with team managers to review and recommend new methods and techniques, sharing knowledge and experience to drive continuous improvement.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Organization: Ensure your vehicle is equipped, clean, and serviced according to manufacturer's guidelines, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Reporting and Documentation: Enter reports in real-time, adhering to quality procedures, and update live jobs on a weekly basis to ensure accurate tracking and progress monitoring.
- Health and Safety and Training: Ensure your own and others' health and safety, and ensure technicians are fully trained on all aspects related to their role.
- Visit Log and Forward Bookings: Maintain a visit log for monitoring jobs and effective forward bookings, and organize and supervise subcontractors or additional technicians/agency laborers as needed.
- Professional Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through the Gateway to Success framework, achieving a minimum standard of Proficient as detailed.
