About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and providing clinical leadership to our services in the Scunthorpe area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of therapists and provide clinical leadership to our services
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve outcomes for our service users
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and services to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Provide supervision and support to therapists to ensure high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
  • Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
