Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Education Advisor to join our team at OnlyFE in Sheffield. This is a permanent position, with a salary range of £31,719-£35,667 pro-rated for term time.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing academic and personal support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.

As an Education Advisor, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized guidance and support to students to help them set and achieve academic goals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement teaching and learning strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Proven experience in education advisory roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
