About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Educational Support Worker to join our team as an Academic Support Professional in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will provide academic support to students, engage in classroom activities, and assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students, focusing on academic development and engagement.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, organization, and delivery.
  • Support students during break times and lunch periods.
  • Maintain accurate progress reports and records.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:
