Child Welfare Specialist

At Coventry City Council, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children team. This exciting opportunity is for a 12-month fixed-term post as a Child Welfare Specialist, where you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to vulnerable children and families in our community.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience in working with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and respect. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our residents.
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
