Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, carrying out night audits and duty management duties. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests receive the highest standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent
  • People management experience
  • Quality & standards driven
  • Outstanding customer service skills

About Us:

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4*, 166-bedroom property located in Norwich. Our hotel features beautiful garden views, an 18-hole golf course, and a range of dining options, including the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar, and a terrace bar. We offer afternoon tea, private dining, and meetings and event spaces, as well as leisure facilities including a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
