Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, carrying out night audits and duty management duties. This will involve providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guests receive the highest standards of service.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent. People management experience and quality & standards driven. Outstanding customer service skills.
