Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Bright Horizons Bunnybrookes Day Nursery and Preschool in Cambridge.

About the Role

As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to all children in your setting, driving employee engagement, retention, and performance, and working in partnership with Recruitment and HR to ensure your nursery is fully recruited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our nursery teams to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance in the nursery
  • Work in partnership with Recruitment and HR to ensure your nursery is fully recruited
  • Role model and mentor your nursery team to ensure the highest quality early childhood practice and experience for all children
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead at the nursery, holding overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery and management of safeguarding and child protection policies

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Nursery Manager with a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, experience within an Early Years leadership role, and experience of participating with a regulatory inspection, leading to a "Good" or "Outstanding" outcome.
