Job Description:

First Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting our long-standing client who are seeking a Smart Interventions Scheduler. This is a temporary position for 1 year, with the view of extending.

The role will be responsible for scheduling the delivery of smart interventions and administering SLAs. The position requires working within a team of schedulers, managing the end-to-end administrative process, communicating with customers and suppliers, and utilising daily reports to ensure work is prioritised.

Key Responsibilities:
