Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Enterprise Storage Support Engineer to join our International Solutions and Services group. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to enterprise customers using Lenovo ThinkSystem DE, DM, DG, and DS storage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Lenovo ThinkSystem storage products
  • Collaborate with end customers, partners, field engineers, and service support personnel
  • Debug storage issues and tune for performance
  • Manage volumes, LUNs, and groups
  • Install, use, and debug storage topologies
  • Network expertise in Fiber Channel, iSCSI, Ethernet, and NVMe over FC
  • Proficiency in Linux (RHEL, SuSE) and Windows Server OS, with experience in VMware and vSAN (VASA, VVols)
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Block, File, Object Storage, NVMe, and systems including DAS, SAN, NAS, and DE/DM (Data ONTAP and Clustered Data ONTAP/ONCOMMAND Storage Manager)
  • Experience in managing volumes, LUNs, and groups
  • Skills in installing, using, and debugging storage topologies, alongside networking expertise in Fiber Channel, iSCSI, Ethernet, and NVMe over FC
  • Proficiency in Linux (RHEL, SuSE) and Windows Server OS, with experience in VMware and vSAN (VASA, VVols)
