Lenovo, a global technology leader, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Premier Enterprise Storage Support Engineer to join our International Solutions and Services group. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to enterprise customers using Lenovo ThinkSystem storage products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Lenovo ThinkSystem storage products, including debugging storage issues and tuning for performance.
  • Collaborate with end customers, partners, field engineers, and service support personnel to resolve complex storage-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in storage technologies, including Block, File, Object Storage, NVMe, and systems such as DAS, SAN, NAS, and DE/DM.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest storage trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Linux (RHEL, SuSE) and Windows Server OS, with experience in VMware and vSAN (VASA, VVols).
  • Networking expertise in Fiber Channel, iSCSI, Ethernet, and NVMe over FC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
