Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customer service is of the highest standards at all times, providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Stock Management
- Handle all stock effectively, ensuring back of house standards are maintained and that our stores are visually appealing.
- Team Support
- Support your management team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals, while also being a role model for our brand with your personal presentation standards.
- Visual Standards
- Maintain store visual standards, ensuring that our stores are always looking their best.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced seller with KPI knowledge, able to meet and exceed targets in a retail environment. You will also need to have experience of supervising a team and be able to form long-lasting relationships with customers and your team.
