Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at the Metrocentre store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded
  • Manage stock effectively and maintain back of house standards
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Be a role model for our brand, maintaining high personal presentation standards
  • Maintain store visual standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Experience of supervising a team and managing stock
