We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Networker Global Limited. As a Social Worker, you will play a critical role in making a positive impact on the lives of children and families in the North West of England.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity has arisen due to the company's commitment to recruiting top talent and investing in the welfare of children and families. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services, assessing the needs of clients, and developing and implementing plans to address these needs.
You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other professionals, such as teachers, healthcare workers, and family members, to ensure that children and families receive the best possible support and care.

- Provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that children and families receive the best possible outcomes

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and progress
