About Fairmile Grange Care Home

Fairmile Grange excels in providing top-notch care, comfort, companionship, and expertise across five types of elderly care: dementia, nursing, residential, respite, and palliative care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging events and activities catering to various interests, from arts and crafts to music sessions, physical exercises, and cognitive games for our residents.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity (Care, Care Assistant, Support Worker).
  • Creative flair with practical skills such as arts & crafts.
  • Ability to motivate and engage people with good negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to assist with planning a calendar of activities.
  • Able to create an environment where customers feel able to participate and contribute ideas.
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually.
