Main Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging events and activities catering to various interests, from arts and crafts to music sessions, physical exercises, and cognitive games for our residents.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity (Care, Care Assistant, Support Worker).
- Creative flair with practical skills such as arts & crafts.
- Ability to motivate and engage people with good negotiation skills.
- Capacity to assist with planning a calendar of activities.
- Able to create an environment where customers feel able to participate and contribute ideas.
- Able to work as part of a team and individually.
- Salary from £12.20 per hour.
- 28 days annual leave per annum inclusive of bank holidays.
