Job Title: Data Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Business Analyst to support the decommissioning of legacy learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand current learning platform usage and identify critical data elements.
  • Analyse learning platform functionality and data structures to develop a comprehensive decommissioning plan.
  • Liaise with IT teams to map out the technical decommissioning process, including data migration, system shutdown, and hardware disposal.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the decommissioning project.
  • Track project progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Experience with data migration and system decommissioning projects.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics.
  • Experience with digital transformations.
  • Critical thinking and strong system analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and system decommissioning.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and digital transformations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Contract Details:

Duration: 3 months, with a possible extension depending on project needs and performance.

Location: Hybrid working model (3 days onsite in Welwyn Garden City).
