Customer Experience Ambassador

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As the face of our business, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with parents, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for helping others and are driven by results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Managing pipelines of new customers from initial inquiry to successful conversion
- Providing expert advice on our nurseries, educational programs, and policies, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer satisfaction
- Fostering a culture of empathy, understanding, and support within the team
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- A good degree or 4 years relevant work experience
- A proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £28-29k per annum, plus performance-related bonus
- Up to 32 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), rising with length of service
