About the Role

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator Apprentice to join our Corporate Communications & Digital team at Ibstock, a leading UK building materials manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and edit written content for use on the company intranet, website, and social media channels
  • Create a range of content and assets using creative design tools to engage with diverse audiences
  • Edit video content for internal and external use
  • Capture photography and videos across multiple site locations or at key events for internal and external use
  • Support various internal and external initiatives and events
  • Assist in maintaining and developing the company intranet and website
  • Support the maintenance of the Digital Asset Management System
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and adapt strategies to enhance outreach and engagement
  • Develop content for the website, ensuring SEO optimization
  • Use MailChimp to send content to the mailing list for events, analyzing and suggesting improvements
Training and Development

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience needed to become an effective Content Creator in a fast-paced industry.
