In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Creating content on TikTok and using it to increase the company's presence
- Updating and writing content for the website
- Creating brochures and marketing materials
- SEO to drive traffic to the website
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
- Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Fridays 8.30 am - 4.30 pm

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of SEO, and Google Ad words is beneficial
- Passionate about developing a career in content creation
- Be a team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths or L2 Functional skills equivalent
