About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our firm-wide talent priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead several Talent Management projects with limited supervision, including project plans, stakeholder maps, and change and communications plans.
  • Own, maintain, and deliver against key talent projects within the people lifecycle, building strong relationships with the People teams to support clients across all groups and locations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the coordination and design of key leadership and talent programs.
  • Maintain and deliver project plans, communications, and engagement plans, and products for the performance management cycle, ensuring links with pay and reward processes.
  • Design key frameworks, guides, and other support materials accompanying the performance management and objective setting cycle.
  • Lead the design and delivery of succession planning cycles across the international firm.
  • Consolidate succession plans and provide data and insights to present to senior leaders within the firm.
  • Take responsibility for Talent Reviews, Talent Mapping, and HiPo Identification, running projects to rollout talent reviews and talent mapping across groups and geographies.
Requirements
  • Design and coordinate Talent Management projects and initiatives across a complex multi-stakeholder business.
  • Confidently work and influence senior stakeholders, quickly building relationships at all levels.
  • Supported significant talent/L&D projects end-to-end across the people lifecycle at a large, international firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Talent Management best practices and linkages to HR practices.
