Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair vehicles and plant to ensure they are safe and running efficiently
  • Prepare vehicles for MOT in accordance with HTM and manufacturers' recommendations
  • Work on a variety of vehicles and plant, including cars, minibuses, and LGV and HGV
  • Diagnose and repair faults, and participate in emergency and winter maintenance operations
  • Deal directly with customers, providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ level 3, or experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work on a variety of vehicles and plant, and diagnose and repair faults
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
