**The Role:**

CBRE Local UK is looking for an Electrical Bias Engineer to work in Camberley, Surrey. As an Electrical Bias Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems in data centres and critical environments.

**Key Duties:**

  • Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of computer room/call centre/trader operations and experience with power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling etc.
  • Apply a risk-focused maintenance approach to ensure the efficient operation of plant and systems in data centres/critical environments.
  • Provide emergency response standby and call out services.
  • Elevate urgent issues to the Technical Services Manager for prompt resolution.
  • Ensure all critical engineering maintenance documentation and records are up-to-date.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare Works Requests, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for planned works.
  • Prioritize and complete all reactive Helpdesk Requests.
  • Review and submit completed tasks to the Technical Services Manager for review.
  • Experience in Facilities Management is desirable.
  • Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Familiarity with emergency response/standby/call out activities and protocols.
  • Understand the monitoring of utilities and environmental programmes.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience.
