We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our care team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd.

About the Role:

  • As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • You will lead by example, promoting a culture of care, compassion, and respect within the team.
  • With a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Our care team provides 24-hour care, with day shifts worked from 8am until 8pm and night shifts from 8pm until 8am.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills. A good knowledge of National Standards and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of practice are essential.

Shift Patterns:

  • Days Shift Contracts:
    • 8am until 8pm
    • 8am until 2pm
    • 2pm until 8pm
  • Night Shift Contracts:
    • 8pm until 8am

Successful applicants will require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS, and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
