Senior Engineer for Wireless Products

Cambridge, UK (hybrid work arrangement)

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer for Wireless Products to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in obtaining external certification for RF products and conformance certification.

  • Obtain FCC, IC, and EU certifications
  • Familiarity with RED Radio Equipment Directive, EMCD, and LVD
  • Stay up-to-date with type approval specifications for RF, EMC, SAR, Safety, and Environmental
Key Accountabilities

The Senior Engineer for Wireless Products will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining CE Marking Directive compliance
  • Ensuring WEEE, RoHS, and REACH Directives and certificates are met
  • Conducting RF test measurements using network analysers and oscilloscopes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in RF product approvals and conformance certification
  • Familiarity with RED Radio Equipment Directive, EMCD, and LVD
