About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behaviour Management Lead to join our team at Ark Charter Academy. As Assistant Principal of Behaviour, you will play a key role in fostering a positive school environment and promoting academic achievement through effective behaviour management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of school-wide behaviour management strategies
  • Work closely with students, staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment and support student wellbeing
  • Develop and implement behaviour management policies and procedures to ensure disruption-free learning
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide targeted support for students with behaviour needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour management strategies and make recommendations for improvement
