About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as Assistant Principal of Behaviour. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the behaviour management strategies that foster a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of school-wide behaviour management strategies
  • Work closely with students, staff, and parents to promote a positive learning environment and support student wellbeing
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management practices to promote academic achievement
Requirements
  • Demonstrable commitment to raising attainment of all pupils in a challenging classroom environment
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils
