Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care to individuals with complex needs

- Monitor and record clinical observations, including ventilation and epilepsy care
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in complex care settings or a minimum of 6 months worth of care experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
