Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our Business Development and Partnerships Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide specialist contract support to internal stakeholders and maintain a suite of legal templates of the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate agreements with researchers, funders, and industry partners to ensure the University's interests are protected.
- Provide advice on costing, pricing, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Work collaboratively with the Professional Services team to ensure high-quality contract management across the University.
- Develop and maintain relationships with researchers, Business Development Managers, and other stakeholders to support the development of collaborative research projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in contract management, including drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements. You will also have a proven track record in providing advice on costing, pricing, regulatory compliance, and risk management. An understanding of the scientific research environment is desirable.
