Job Overview


Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Reward Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reward strategy that supports the wellbeing of colleagues and rewards exceptional performance.



About the Role


This full-time position (39 hours) offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, paid on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will be based in Handforth and work on a hybrid schedule, spending 2 days on-site and 3 days working from home.

Requirements and Qualifications
