Job Description


As a key member of the Global team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality commercial video content across our media portfolio.


Working closely with the Head of Commercial Video, you will lead a team of Junior Producers and Video Editors to deliver industry-leading branded content.


Your key objectives will include:



  • Managing the production of multiple video projects simultaneously to meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Ensuring all branded video content aligns with Global's brand and editorial standards, as well as commercial and client objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to Junior Producers and Video Editors to help them develop their skills.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of workflows that improve efficiency and quality.
  • Aiding in the adoption and promotion of internal processes, workflows, and policies.

Requirements



  • Extensive experience in all aspects of video production, with a strong portfolio of previous commercial projects.
  • A proven track record in effective management of a creative video team.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solid understanding of the social media landscape and the ability to tailor content for different platforms.
  • Ability to optimise content for search engines to improve visibility and reach.
  • Experience in monitoring and analysing social media performance metrics to inform strategic approach.
