About the role

Role type: Fixed term, Residential

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive operational success and enrich the student experience at Oxford Summer Courses.

Dates: This is a fixed-term contract with specific dates between end of June and end of August 2025.

Working pattern: Saturday to Saturday, up to 65 hours per week on a shift pattern with overnight duties. 1 day off per week.

Reports to: Course Director

This challenging role requires someone who can lead with confidence and care, managing teams to deliver an exceptional student experience while ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in residential management.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
