We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Sprint Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Manage and develop a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the workshop operates within budget
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
