About the Role

As an Optometrist at Asda Stores Ltd, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the company's commitment to the health and wellbeing of its customers.

Working in partnership with an Optical Manager, you will be responsible for screening patients, coaching and training the wider team, and helping to maintain standards on the department.

You will also have the opportunity to develop new patient services and shape the culture of the department, while working in a supportive environment with access to in-store, regional, and home office teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC) and a registered performer with your NHS area team or health board.

You will also need to be on track to meet the statutory points requirement for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and have a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
