Role Overview

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Professional will lead financial analysis and decision support across the group, collaborating closely with senior leadership to provide actionable insights. This high-impact role involves budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and financial reporting to drive business performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing cash forecasting, financing reporting, and assisting with process improvements in a growing, multi-country organization.

Financial and Data Analysis Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data (sales, profitability, costs, etc.)
  • Identify trends, variances, and commercial opportunities through data analysis
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline, and utilization data
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, ESG reporting, and investor/lender reports
  • Understand data needs of stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Create and manage 3-statement financial models and scenario planning for strategic forecasting
  • Identify opportunities to improve data, systems, and processes

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years PQE. 2+ years' experience in FP&A, ideally in professional services or high-growth environment. Proficient in financial modelling (3-statement models). Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and high-growth or private equity-backed businesses is a plus. Strong analytical, quantitative, and data analysis skills. Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
