About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for preparing performance reporting analysis and presenting to shareholders, designing and delivering the annual Budget, and assisting in consolidating inputs and modelling the P&L, cash flow and working capital.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders, including shareholders and the Head of FP&A.
  • Design and deliver the annual Budget, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a FP&A team, ideally in a growing organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and provide insights on financial data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000-75,000 + bonus + benefits.
