Gastrointestinal Disease Navigator

We are looking for an experienced Gastrointestinal Disease Navigator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide navigation and support to patients undergoing bowel cancer screening.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of lower GI diseases. The ideal candidate will also have experience in teaching or health promotion and good IT skills for data entry into national databases.
Responsibilities- Provide navigation and support to patients undergoing bowel cancer screening
- Communicate sensitive and complex information to patients and colleagues
- Conduct daily data entry into national databases
The salary for this role is approximately £43,041 - £60,790 per annum, depending on experience. The trust offers a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
