Job Overview:
Our client, Lancaster Resources Ltd, is seeking a driven and ambitious ServiceNow Sales Specialist to be part of their growth efforts in the UK & Ireland. This pivotal role will leverage the company's partnership with ServiceNow and focus on generating significant, big-ticket deals.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring that solutions align with client needs over technological complexity, and have a proven track record of successful high-value deal closures in the IT and technology sector.

This role is designed for a connected and innovative business development professional ready to take on significant challenges and drive substantial growth within key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage a strong network of contacts to engage senior decision-makers, influencing key stakeholders while focusing on achieving outstanding customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with our client's ambitious growth goals in the UK&I market, moving at pace and prioritising impactful action over perfection.
- Establish and nurture high-level relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on long-term partnership opportunities and large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with partners like ServiceNow to craft simple yet effective solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges.
- Constantly seek to understand market trends and client needs to drive the development of new offerings, positioning our client at the forefront of the technology services industry.

Requirements:
- Prior proven success in business development or sales within the ServiceNow eco-system, specifically handling large-scale deals. Alternatively, we will look at candidates with a strong background in SaaS sales for this role.
- Established network of contacts and a proven ability to leverage relationships for business growth would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, with the ability to match their capabilities to client needs. Alternatively, we will look at candidates with a strong background in SaaS sales.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth.

Salary:
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
