  • The Head of Early Learning School will lead the development of a highly regarded, forward-thinking school.

  1. Lead school improvement and raise educational standards for all children.
  2. Develop, coach and support team members to ensure they provide the best possible education and care for our pupils.

  4. Be approachable and accessible to all staff, pupils and parents, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
