- Conduct site visits to administer the contract in line with project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage and work with large data sets.
- Background in Residential Groundworks is preferred.
- Strong data interrogation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of legal and contractual matters.
- Valid driving license.
