At The Goddard School of Avon, IN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Crime Director. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a background in compliance or in-house legal leadership to lead our global financial crime prevention efforts.

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance or another relevant field, and a proven track record of delivering change, including complex projects that optimise technology/automation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear vision and strategy for financial crime prevention, ongoing monitoring, screening, investigations and regulatory engagement. They will also oversee the planning, execution and delivery of various workstreams within the programme of work to ensure they are successfully delivered on time, within scope and in budget.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and communicating effectively to drive collaboration and foster a high-performing team culture.

This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to interpret detailed information to reach decisions or develop clear recommendations. The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and sound commercial decision-making.
