We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Nurse to join our Reserves Occupational Health Care team at Defence Primary Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, occupationally focused primary healthcare to members of the volunteer reserve forces (VRF) personnel.
Main Responsibilities- Provide initial assessment, planning, and evaluation of care with a high level of autonomy.
- Act as a clinical and educational resource to colleagues, Civilian Medical Practitioners, and Medical Officers.
- Offer advice to reserve unit commanders on the military employability of their personnel.
- Support occupational grading, force preparation, and demobilisation, and health surveillance of Reserve personnel.
