Senior Marine Broker Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marine Broker to join our UK Marine Broking team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our varied UK Marine client portfolio, providing exceptional client service and driving account growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
  • Provide technical advice to clients, branches, and colleagues
  • Present terms to clients and networks
  • Review, build, and improve submissions
  • Manage client relationships, including direct clients and networks
  • Conduct client meetings and provide benchmarking and placement advice
  • Administer Global risks and support the development goals of the UK Marine Team
About the Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of 5 Placing Brokers and 5 Marine Client Managers, working together to deliver exceptional results. Our team has a strong focus on client service and account growth, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and values.

Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of the Marine Insurance market
  • Experience in handling client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
  • Good understanding of insurance market dynamics and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
