Commercial Gas Engineer Role

Location: This is a field-based position covering the Aberdeen and surrounding area in North-East Scotland.

This role involves working with high street retailers and banks as clients for the TS-Mobile division. We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to carry out maintenance and repair tasks, including fabric and basic electrical work, as required under contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the necessary paperwork and reports.
  • Be on a call-out rota to provide clients with full out-of-hours cover.
  • Assist other team members as required or as directed by a Supervisor or Contract Manager.
  • Proactively source additional opportunities or works on sites and provide required information for quotes.
  • Monitor visiting sub-contractors regarding the standard of work and Health and Safety.

Requirements:

  • Experience of maintenance, testing, and fault-finding on a variety of equipment, including boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power, and lighting (where applicable).
