Comprehensive Support Specialist

Oaklands College is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill the position of Comprehensive Support Specialist. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the College.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Relevant qualifications or experience are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, email filtering, and screening of telephone calls.
- Support the effective operation of the Principal's office, including meeting administration, minutes taking, and action points.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange and minute meetings as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- A good standard of education/qualifications or appropriate work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office package and experience of data systems.
- Confident and clear communicator possessing excellent organisational, verbal and written skills.
- Team player with a positive, driven, enthusiastic and professional outlook.
Salary: £31,389 - 34,313 pa
