Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Aspirare Recruitment. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating steel structures, interpreting drawings, and maintaining health and safety onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricating steel structures to meet production requirements
  • Interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Working collaboratively with production teams to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a heavy engineering or industrial environment
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a production team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay of up to £18.50 per hour, with overtime paid at £27.75 per hour
  • Temp to perm opportunity after 13 weeks
  • Unlimited overtime availability at an enhanced rate
  • Day shift and night shift opportunities available
