About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking skilled Commercial professionals to join our expanding team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of rail projects across the UK.

Job Summary

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing commercial activities on high-profile rail projects. This includes developing and implementing commercial strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage commercial activities on rail projects
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Construction Management)
  • Proven experience in commercial roles within the rail or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and other relevant contracts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
