Clinical Project Scientist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Scientist with an interest in Paediatric Audiology to join our team in Southampton. The role will focus on paediatric audiology, both Tier 2 and Tier 3, and may also involve some adult vestibular work if this is an area of particular interest. There will be opportunities to be involved in service improvement projects and research within the department.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct paediatric hearing assessments and rehabilitation in Tier 2 and Tier 3 settings.
- Provide cover for ENT clinics.
- Take a lead or actively participate in service improvement initiatives.
- Engage in research projects within the service.
- Collaborate with audiology clinical and administration teams, ENT colleagues, and Specialist Teacher Advisors.
- Manage time effectively and demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
- Travel independently to various clinics in Southampton and surrounding areas.
