About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist - Insurance to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our Insurance Domain & Consulting Business Line, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior business analyst/consultant on claims transformation projects and wider domain consulting engagements as required.
  • Support the development of thought leadership and go-to-market collateral as lead of our claims transformation.
  • Contribute to the development of our Digital Claims Transformation proposition and the practice as a whole.
Requirements
  • Clear claims transformation experience, with a major delivery role or multiple smaller roles.
  • Demonstrable subject matter knowledge of the claims process, issues, and solutions within the P&C/London Market Insurance sector.
  • Broad knowledge of the UK/European Property and Casualty Insurance market, including Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
  • Broad knowledge of the UK London Market Insurance.
  • Core consulting skillset and/or significant industry experience in a strategic change capacity within the Property & Casualty Insurance/London Market Insurance.
  • Experience in supporting business development activities for a consulting firm in the Insurance sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including Head of Function/Functional SME and above.
  • Exposure to digital and platform technologies in the Property and Casualty sector/London Market Insurance sector.
  • Awareness of market trends in P&C Insurance/London Market Insurance and specifically in Claims Transformation, including the impact/options presented by digital technology.
  • Strong presentation skills, including verbal presentation and developing compelling PowerPoint presentations.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
  • Broader Insurance knowledge and experience (Life and Pensions, Speciality, Broker).
  • Deep Platform Experience (Guidewire Claims/Policy Centre, DuckCreek).
  • Knowledge and experience of Low/No-Code platforms (e.g. Appian, Uncorq, Pega et al).
  • Team building experience (recruitment).
  • Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning experience or exposure (particularly in the Insurance/claims space).
