Childcare Educator and Development Specialist

Nurse Seekers is recruiting an experienced Childcare Educator and Development Specialist for a purpose-built Nursery near Southampton.
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a passion for child development and education to provide high-quality care and stimulating play experiences that cater to each child's unique needs.
The ideal candidate will be able to utilize the natural garden and open spaces of the setting to create engaging educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Create tailored play experiences that promote learning, exploration, and creativity.
- Utilize outdoor spaces to design and implement engaging educational activities that meet each child's needs.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting.
- Dedication to providing a nurturing environment that fosters child development and education.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
